At the back of the manual if you register the game online it sends a hint/tip for cricket 2005 to your e-mail address, you just enter the registration code on the back of the manual & platform and game name for the tip. you can do an extra survey after that for a further reward but that only gives you a screensaver.

I did and i received the following tip:

"When bowling, it is a good idea to bowl a variety of deliveries during an over in order to keep the batsmen guessing. The better a bowler is the more delivery options he will have at his disposal."


Has anyone else done this and got a different tip.

I got the same but then i did the survey and it said

When batting, keep an eye on the batsman's confidence meter in the top left of
the screen. The more confidence a batsman has, combined with his batting
ability, determines the difficulty of timing a shot.
