Why are we comparing Keith Miller to some genuinely good English batsmen..... I mean, don't get me wrong; Miller was a good batsman, but he definitely was foremost a bowler.

How is Nasser Hussain a legend of the game? He was about Craig McMillan level (perhaps slightly better as a batsman but worse as a cricketer). Tbf Hussain overachieved while McMillan massively underachieved.
I rate Nasser as our best captain since Brearley but yeah he was a decent test batter at best that got everything out of himself.

He did a superb job in improving fitness and professionalism but (perhaps sadly) his captaincy will be best remembered for the declarations/forfeited innings v SA (Cronje) and putting Australia in at the Gabba.

Hopefully Stokes' captaincy is forever remember for losing after declaring on Day 1.
