Miller is superior on quality but simply does not bowl the overs needed for him to beat specialists.

I don't see how Rabada is possibly worse than Miller unless he has a steep, steep late career decline.

Miller simply didn't have the bowling workload to compete with specialists in his general bowling average vicinity.

Not a great argument in this case, since Miller bowled more overs per match and innings than Rabada does.

I’d probably go with the 22 SR difference as an argument.

WPI, if I'm being more honest, although SR difference is notable too. Miller never really had the kind of impact Rabada does.
