I think it was more like that particular series was on a dusty track. But yeah, they were more spin friendly on average than now imo

Apart from West Indies, where he got shattered Wardle exceptionally averages well everywhere.
Jadeja got shattered in England and New Zealand..and is great everywhere else

Feel that Jadeja has proven in more countries but Wardle success outside West Indies is marginally better than Jadeja's success everywhere apart from England and New Zealand.
