Anderson, despite getting favourable conditions at home/being a home bully/getting rested as needed, AND having an attack partner in Broad, has won less matches for England at home than Ashwin has.

That said it is close and there are many reasons to rate Jimmy higher which I accept.

Unfortunately he did do that twice back in that 2012 series.
And if you consider England home, then there was the test Moeen beat us in 2018.
