Kusal Perera bit of a wasted talent, never really stepped up in ODI cricket , Wanindu Hasaranga has a higher ceiling , still needs to improve his bowling record against bigger nations but time is on his side..I would go with Hasranga on this one .

Yes I did have a lot of hope on Kusal Perera after the innings in South Africa. But he has waned big time.
