Two bowlers pretty similar in quality but who’s the better cricketer?

This forum has somewhat soured me on Trueman as a HTB with spicy decks somewhat. I used to rate him incredibly highly.

Pollock also had spicy home decks and a very similar away record to Trueman, but his away batting was good. Averages 35+ in 7 countries. Of the other 2, he saved a series with a blockaton in SL. Failed completely in India, but also did manage series winning bowling, so meh.

Trueman likely better at home. Pollock much better away.

This is obscenely untrue lmao. S Pollock, Kallis, De Villiers and G Smith are all overrated if anything and this is the only place that gives guys like Nourse, Tayfield, Amla, Faulkner and Adcock their due. Of course everyone loves Steyn, Donald and G Pollock so that's not unusual.

Pollock and Graeme Smith are underrated IMO, Kallis is probably rated properly. Not sure about ABD, where do you rate him?

NZ and SL players seem a bit underrated as well
