I wish umpires call on impact would go or at least have different margins, it's not prediction based unlike the trajectory.

Glad soft signals are going, it seems like total guesswork and mostly depends on player reaction tbh.

There's nothing wrong with soft signals, they are just being used atrociously, with a complete lack of common sense. Umps are giving a soft signal for a catch that they clearly didn't see at all, and then when replays aren't 100% conclusive (which they never are) they go with the soft signal. So the "soft signal" is being treated as a "hard signal" and followed almost all the time, completely defeating the purpose of having a soft signal.
