Who would win?

Big 3 XI

Jaiswal
Duckett
Root
S Smith
Brook
Head
Pant wk
Cummins c
Lyon
Bumrah
Hazlewood

ROW XI

Nissanka
Markram
Williamson
Bavuma c
Kamindu
Rizwan wk
Mehidy
Jansen
Henry
Rabada
Seales

Big 3 has better batting, but that ROW 4-man pace attack is brilliant. Could also bring in WOR as an enforcer.

Surely SA should be in the big 3 for this instead of India?
In that case:

The 1st 3 (test nations) Eng/Oz/SA

Duckett
Khawaja/Markram
Root
Smith
Brook
Bavuma/ perhaps Head (to have a left hander)
Carey
Jansen
Cummins
Lyon/Maharaj
Rabada

ROW XI
Nissanka
Jaiswal
Williamson
Mitchell
Kamindu
Pant
Mehidy/Washington/Phillips
Santner/Jadeja
Henry
Seales
Bumrah

I picked Brook. I wasn't sure between Bavuma and Head.

Jamie Smith is a much worse keeper than Veryenne. I would have picked Carey but he's dropped some sitters lately. With a strong top 6 and decent 8 & 9, a better keeper is far more important.

I also almost picked Rizwan ahead Pant for the same reason.

huge gap in batting skills of Jamie and Veryenne

Not a single international Cricket team is taking Veryenne over Jamie, not that Jamie is a bad keeper either, he is average and just had a bad game.
Jamie Smith's keeping has been underwhelming, to be honest. I remember he dropped Salman Ali Agha during the Pakistan series, and that mistake arguably cost England the match—and possibly the series.
