I know there's a cheat which unlocks all of them, but does anyone know how to unlock them properly ie getting a certain amount of runs.

Erm... Do some ICC stuff, or World Tour, lol its just happens with me. But to unlock Ian Healy, you can just set your career player as wicket keeper in a exhibition, start playing for abit, and then save it switch to the other team, and let the ball go through to the keeper which is your career player, and run, so he gets you out, and keep doing it, it also gets you 50 fielding points an innings, because each runout is 5 points.
