All 3 were the definition of unstoppable forces at their peaks, but their dominant periods didn't last.

Which of the 3 was the greatest phenomenon for their respective sport?

This is NOT the current Cristiano Ronaldo, but rather the Il Fenomeno of Brazil (or crudely referred by English media as "fat Ronaldo), for all you neophytes.

Peak Waqar is extremely overrated.
Imran had the best peak overall, definitely. But Waqar's peak had by far the best strike rate.

This comparison isn't just about stats (duh, it's 3 different sports). It's about aesthetic too and perception of dominance.

For at least a couple of years you simply didn't want to be tasked with stopping or otherwise having to deal with any of these guys because it felt like they had tapped into some otherworldly force or hack placing them above all other mortals.

Yes, there were more dominant athletes in earlier historical times. But the fact that the time period of dominance was in the late 80s for Tyson, early 90s for Waqar, and late 90s to early 00s for Ronaldo, were special times and places in the contexts of so many of us here and so many viewing public throughout the world.

Peak Tiger, peak Jonah, and peak Usain were much better than all 3
First of all who?

The other two are GOAT candidates, so not really intended to be put in this convo.

All three of the guys I brought are specifically NOT the statistically best of their sports. Ronaldo outclassed in goalscoring by Messi and CR among others, Waqar beaten by a number of fast bowlers for longevity, and Tyson definitely not having the ability to compare to a Lennox Lewis, let alone great heavyweights of old.

But when they were on, damn did they look every bit the part.

his 70 percentage of wickets came against minnows,

During his overhyped prime (1988–1996 jul)

He took only 3 fifer out of 19 fifer against top 4 teams of 90s. And yet again around 70 percentage of wickets against minnows.
