What's wrong with

ATG wicket keeper
Good batsman.

He makes my team as well, but again, depending on what you're looking for, they're better options.

Let's put it this way, when we do the CW AT XI in a few months, I would have Bradman, Sobers, Marshall and likely Tendulkar as locks.

Those are the guys who will be unanimous or close to it. If I were to go further it would then be Gilchrist and Hobbs next in line.

Hobbs being a strange one for me because being a Wisden top 5 selection, a unanimous CW, Wisden and Cricinfo selection and a best after Bradman candidate, he should be...
1. But there's been a lot of combinations among openers of late
2. He doesn't even make mine
2. The same would then have to apply for Warne and Richards and well and they are the tightest of selections the last couple times.

Gilly will undoubtedly make ours, but don't think it will be unanimous, so for the interest alone in how the vote would pan out, would be curious to see.

Though honestly most of the team is fairly predictable

Hobbs | Hutton | Bradman | Richards | Tendulkar | Sobers | Gilchrist | Hadlee | Marshall | Warne | McGrath

Would be my guess, depending on how the vote is played out as well. The ones in purple should be unanimous or close to, those in gold locks as well. (though last time Tendulkar wasn't close, think that had to do with how the vote was laid out). It will be close between Paddles and McGrath for the opening slot. If McGrath gets it, Hadlee still easily gets the 3rd, if Hadlee gets the opening spot, not sure how the forum would vote. If all 3 pacer spots are chosen at once, it will clearly and easily be all 3.
Green is highly likely, but can't say definitively.
