Footage of NZ tour to Oz 2001/2

Anyone know where to find video footage of the test series (esp. the 3rd test) on any websites or anything? I have been trying feverishly to find any footage on websites like cricinfo etc... but have been unsuccessful

Video footage of NZ's tour to Aus 2001/2

I have looked far and wide for any video footage of the 3rd test between NZ and Aust. and of the VB series with South Africa. Anyone know where you can see any footage of it i.e. websites (namely the test)?

Keith StackPole: AUS need a finger spinner

What a boring topic... i think more people are interested in the progress of a certain SK Warne......

    Shane Bond - how good?

OK - forget about the Aussie series. He was called on very late because he was a backup for three bowlers, Martin, O'Connor, Nash, all which were not expected to break down so dramatically. There was no mention of him in any form of media as a real prospect to be brought into that test series...

    Shane Bond - how good?

That's true, lee can outswing it but the far most dangerous weapon which akhtar and bond use is the inswinging yorker. Just ask Brian Lara and Gilchrist...

    Adam Parore

Yes his personal life/ outside life did have a bearing on his decision to retire, and he did get too bored.... i thought about mentioning Alec Stewart but never really followed him... and for the record that Eng/NZ test series went like this.... 1st test Eng won.. 2nd test draw... 3rd test NZ...

    Shane Bond - how good?

I guess when you say people take it for granted he is one of the top 10 in the world, he has only played 10 tests. That average against Aus was when he played two tests, and was a back up for Nash, Martin and O'Connor... after say 30 tests (hopefully at least that far, staying injury free) then...

    Shane Bond - how good?

Nice one Mr Ponting! Im glad to see we have a few on the same wave length.. how do you rate him against Lee?

    Shane Bond - how good?

If you want, we could start a blackcaps thread in pakistan.... what do you think? Are you logging off anytime soon? We could start up tomorrow...

    Shane Bond - how good?

No worries Token, we know the rules.. At least i do, but Warney.. well... hopefully he's sees it as a bit of fun and games..... I think Astle is back for the ODI's, fantastic news.. if only Bondy would be back.....

    Shane Bond - how good?

I think we one the battle Token! Good onya mate! If you haven't guessed, so do we..
  15. M

    Shane Bond - how good?

To Token.. yes that did allow Bichel and Bevan to play themselves in, we simply did not have another Bond to rip through them! I think Warne is trying to grab at straws... a vague comment if i ever heard one.. try some facts, kinda makes your point sound a bit more a)believable and b)concrete...

Too right mate.. 134* but that's close enough for me.. I wonder if Flem said to Boucher.."you've just dropped the super-six mate" (i.e. refer S. Waugh to H. Gibbs in the 99 WC said similiar except replace "super-six" with "world cup") Hilariously funny with the 12th man quote!! Can just imagine...
  17. M

    Shane Bond - how good?

Well Flem was going for the jugular.. nearly worked.. just ran out of firepower after that and let them milk it round to 200 when they should have been all out for 120... he was on fire though so Flem thought to let him finish them off.. if he took him off they may have got more, we'll never...

    Adam Parore

He is only 32! He retired in his prime! And your right he scored 45 with our backs against the wall and 36 when he opened with Richie. What keeper can say they helped win a test match while opening? ..With Hart... he seems reliable but has struggled and dropped catches.. no more mongrel behind...

    Shane Bond - how good?

Lee just came back from an injury and he is maintaining his speed in the 150's... But he was dropped recently you argue? Unless Bond restarts his career as an offspinner, the selectors will never drop him...

    Shane Bond - how good?

Who is he underrated by? The Aussies? NO! Tell me... i've never heard a commentator say a bad thing about him... or indicate they don't really rate him..
