    World Wickets: International Glory!

I suggest you store teams/players in a database, preferably Access databases (.mdb). Then you can just load them in using SQL. I suggest you use VB, makes things alot easier, and you can get things done alot quicker. Although before you decide you want to make a cricket game, you really should...

What Is the difference Between Shareware and freeware

Freeware games tend to be a hell of alot more popular. Your out of your mind to pay $10 for the shareware games available.

    Easy way of making games

VB6 is the way to go. Your wasting your time with VC++, takes a very long time to learn, and should only be used with complex 3D games. VB6 is quite cheap now. It's worth it. Easy and a reasonably powerful language. I have no experience with Java though.

    Defend the wickets development thread

I can help you with anything in the game. I cooked up something quick you may want to take a look at (I'll send you the source code if you want). It's in VB6, and contains scorecard, match engine, and 3D (it displays bowler running in and throwing a little red ball and batsman). You can see it...

The Dan T I know doesn't go around spamming threads, I doubt it is him. Or maybe its all a conspiracy to make me believe he was a decent person

I downloaded it and got something different from the screenshot, I got what looked like a 1950 antique that looked like the programmer was smoking something.

What Needs to be in this game!! **SUGGESTIONS**

I love the idea of domestic cricket. If you include that and make the bug list the exact opposite of your '99 version, I'll be first to buy it.

    EA Sports Cricket 2006

Is that so? I didn't know that.

    Let the questions begin

New Cricket Sim - Poll For Name !!!

Who cares? Its a magazine not a game. Besides, theres not many decent names left, all the crappy games have taken them.

    Langer a great cricketer

The only reason Agarkar was so good against Langer was Langer's balance problem, wher he leans to far out of off stump, although this problem has been worked on by him, as you could see in his innings today and yesterday. Once this problem is gone completely, which it nearly is, Agarkar won't be...
