    Jaques/Rogers ?

Rather Jaques than Hodge personally. Looks to be a more talented and younger prospect and I'll back him to score more regularly than Hodge.

Lot of forum members use it and I am still yet to decipher it, what does it mean (AWTA.) That's the only thing I was also worrried about Chawla, that success doesn't go to his head and he falls alway rapidly from the scene ala several Pakistani prodigies. Seems to have a good head on his...

Best ODI Batsmen Not To Score A Ton

Would have thought that Michael Vaughan would have been a clear standout as the best ODI bat over a reasonable period of time not to have scored an ODI ton. He probably has the greatest difference between no. of test centuries and ODI centuries (17 IIRC.)

    Abdul razaq retires.

Shudn't have been left out in the first place, but it's appalling that he didn't take it on the chin and rectify his shortcomings (bowling esp.) so he could get back into the team. Instead he just tosses in the towel and quits. Poor effort

I'll go the opposite of Pasag and say India will win the ODI's 4-3. It'll be a lot tighter than ppl think and England usually get roused in the ODI's if they're comprehensively beaten in the preceding tests. India only just, as the batting lineup looks solid with nearly everyone in the team...

I still have confidence that India will win this - we should be able to scrounge another 100 runs and the target then is 450 which IMO given the form the English batsman have been in is nigh on impossible

An average of 38 for the series is a neither here nor there. You can't hang him/praise him - the question now is Is he still better than any of his replacements ?? I think so, as he is remodelled is game from a world class attacking batsman to a solid, stickable batsman which is still a better...
