That is not true. He bowled 81699 deliveries in FC, List A and T20s. Test is First Class Cricket, ODIs are List A matches.

Number of balls delivered by pace bowlers during career (FC + List A + T20):-
Walsh 107324, Statham 101946, Trueman 100687, Marshall 96977, Hadlee 83706, Donald 81699, Wasim Akram 80110, Tom Richardson 78992, Anderson 72884, Kapil Dev 63800, Pollock 61592, Broad 59410, McGrath 57999, Lillee 50484, Cummins 25151, Bumrah 24482.

Balls per match: Richardson 221, Statham 178, Lillee 168, Trueman 162, Hadlee 127, Walsh 124, Anderson 121, Broad 119, Marshall 114, McGrath 113, Kapil Dev 109, Donald 105, Wasim Akram 94, Pollock 92, Cummins 72, Bumrah 59.
It's irrelevant how many balls Donald bowled in his career.

He isn't going into bowling 20-25 overs an innings without drastically cutting his pace or breaking down.

I am curious as to the longest spell by a fast bowler - limited checking on google seems only to reveal spinner results and no definitive answers.

That’s a great question — fast bowlers rarely bowl marathon spells, since it’s usually the domain of spinners, but there are a few famous instances of pacers going deep into endurance territory.

The longest recorded spell by a pacer in Test cricket is generally credited to Mervyn Dillon (West Indies), who bowled 25 consecutive overs (unbroken) against Zimbabwe at Port of Spain in 2000.

Other notable marathon efforts by pacers include:

Kapil Dev (India) – bowled 20+ overs unchanged on multiple occasions, especially in the early ’80s when India had weak support bowling.

Andy Caddick (England) – bowled 21 overs unchanged vs Zimbabwe in 2000.

Ian Botham and Richard Hadlee also have spells in the 18–20 over range.

For comparison: spinners like Bedi, Laker, and Herath have bowled 40–50+ over spells, but for fast bowlers, anything beyond 15–20 consecutive overs is exceptional.

That’s his total overs in the innings, not a single spell.
Nope. Bowled 85.2 overs unchanged

*Checked this. Seems I was mistaken. It was in another Test match he bowled unchanged, but for some reason those facts were intermingled together

In the third Test at Sabina Park, Kingston, Jamaica in 1958 where Sir Garfield made the world record score of 365, Mahmood bowled 85.2 overs. He was unchanged throughout the innings of a Test match which is a world record for a pace bowler. Mahmood’s figures were: 85.2-20-247-2. Its still the most overs bowled by a Pakistani in one innings.

There is a famous story of Imran Khan bowling unchanged for an entire day leading to Pakistan’s victory over Australia.

Yeah I mean one look at the scorecard tells you it wasn’t a continuous spell
