As good as Bumrah is I don't think India needed yet another cooked quick running on fumes tbf. What they really need right now is a wicket taking wrist spinner who can take poles even on pitches not offering a lot and who is difficult to attack... if only they had one...

Yeah this is a heartbreaking loss but outside of that absolutely stunningly stupid non-catch, we did not do much wrong. Just outplayed by a better side doing well chasing. I suppose we could have chased 192 at Lords but it was good of us to have competed this much at least but the wheels came off about 30 mins before lunch and we have just not been good enough since.

Great batting by Root and Brook though. I honestly think Brook is way too arrogant for his own good but you cant fault his confidence. He throws his all into his style of batting and when it comes off, its spectacular. He has had a lot more hits than misses too.

India lost the first test with 5 batsmen getting hundreds , never happened before in history..

Third test they lost with only 193 to get ..

Now they losing failing to defend 350+ for the second time and couldn't bat England out of the game despite England losing Woakes in the match and no Stokes ..

Gambhir should have some pride and step down.

Most significant thing Bazball has achieved is made teams scared of declaring, no score is safe with these Bazballers , even fans lose all hope well before the target is reached..

Teams are clearly spooked about Bazball's chasing abilities even if they won't admit it ..
