Lucky that NZ has packed batting specialists all the way down to number 8. Could have been looking at a low score.

Nice that they're back at Sylhet on a seamers deck. I hope they stick to this sort of practice. Khaled Ahmed is 3 for 6 off 5. That's how green this deck is.

That's good to see, Foxcroft's batting seemed to have fallen away a bit in recent times. Coming in at number 8 also must be about the lowest he's batted. I guess the selectors see him as a bowling all-rounder in this format.

Tbf, his plunket shield numbers this season (566 @ 27 and 18 @30) make it look like he's going the bowling all-rounder route in all formats.

Staggered we won like that on that deck, and also, I suspect it wasn't exactly what the Kiwi board had in mind when they sent their lads up to gain experience in subcontinent conditions. I'm all for it though. Play all A Team matches in Sylhet from now on.
