The seventh frame last night was mad, with Trump potting a red off a hit and hope escape from a snooker he'd already failed twice. Then after some bizarre back and forth exchanges combining amazing single pots with terrible bad misses, he cleared up with a cracking mini-break.

I give him more credit than that - you could see him eyeing up the potential pot if he managed to hit the reds. Having had a couple of sighters it was no surprise he got it (I was watching on mute btw so no idea what commentators said).
The first semi was funny, all 8 frames done and dusted inside 2 hours including a 20 min break. If Ronnie can find his form he ought to be too good, big if though.
Trump looks to be playing to a level above everyone else though.

I only just watched the last 2 frames there and im glad I missed the rest......not sure what I just saw tbh, it was horrible...but settle down on the conspiracy theories there Molehill.
Ronnie looked broken there to me and if his heads scrambled or ****ed then he's done. But the bloke ain't chucking an 8th title and cementing himself as the goat for any pay off mate.

No real conspiracy theory, just that it appears he's battling his inner demons again and didn't really want to be at the table. Even in those last 2 frames when he had chances (and would've polished them off with ease when at his best) he still gifted them back. He started off poorly yesterday but then found some form, but today he just looked broken. Only he'd know what's happened in the last 24 hours, but he's clearly not in a good place.
But if you saw his 'attempted' safety in the 6th frame this morning you'd be tempted to ask more questions than just whether he's ok.

O’Sullivan changed his tip and Ferrule over night which at the best of times is not a shrewd move never mind mid world championship semi final
apparently he has changed the tip again before this evenings session
the other match looks like 8-8 with Williams floating pots in from anywhere and Trump getting a little bit frustrated he couldn’t build on his over night lead

Few players will attract the same level of support as Williams and O'Sullivan, but he certainly hasn't had a negative reaction from the Crucible crowd, seem to recall Higgins got a bit of needle after he came back from his ban, but that's all been forgotten now. Congrats to Zhao, he's been the best player of the tournament and deservedly won
