Andrew Symonds is at fault himself

Yes i would also like this question to be answered properly...as far i have seen, some people are just too soft and dont seem to be able to handle the truth.

Great match though...misbah deserves a pat on the bak for at least getting them into a position to win.

We must continue to look forward

True it does require a different level of skill but if there is one thing this tournament has highlighted is that the field of teams are brought closer to each other. This could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you view it.

We must continue to look forward

I dont think there is really such a thing as best team winning in 20/20...the better team on the day may win but all it takes is one bad day and you can go from being considered one of the best to one of the worst in peoples perceptions (eg south africa).

We must continue to look forward

I wouldnt say wrong decisions will be more influential...getting given out lbw wrongly may have cost a team 50-60 runs in 20/20 but in a test match it may cost the team 120-150 runs

Second Round Group E - South Africa, India, New Zealand, England

yea I agree zimbabwe played better cricket on the day as did bangladesh...my point is the shorter the version of the game, the more likely a weaker team has of winning. Its been sort of proven over the years. I respect zimbabwe and bangladesh cos even though it is a shorter version they managed...

Second Round Group E - South Africa, India, New Zealand, England

Yes i agree 20/20 requires a different skill level...test match cricket is traditional cricket and i believe the more you shorten the game, the more it brings all the teams closer (in terms of ability to win). I just dont agree with 20/20 being the determining factor of how good a team is...

Second Round Group E - South Africa, India, New Zealand, England

Dont get me wrong....i enjoy watching the game cos its very exciting. But it is a slog a thon that means very little....the fact that zimbabwe won against australia and bangladesh progressed to super 8 highlights that it is not a good indication of a teams skill. Very entertaining...i enjoy...

Was Healy the last great wicket keeper ?

Andy Flower average as a batsmen in all forms of the game speaks for itself...one of the greatest batsmen/wicketkeepers i have ever seen. Such a shame taht his career ended the way it did.
