    He’s bowled a fair amount of his usual stuff. He’s not a bad bowler, he’s not a great bowler. He’s up against terrible batting. He bowled this way last year against a class outfit who had had some warm up games. Honestly, this is an English side without any warmups or games in between...

    I cringe every time I see Harris. On the basis of what they’re saying he stays indefinitely. But he isn’t making runs and there are other options. I’m expecting him to make runs in one inning here and that will be him in for the next two substandard series.

    A regulation catch like that, how can that happen? Picking a keeper who can bat is not the same as a batsman who can keep. A ****ing keeper!

    I don’t know if it’s to do with making his over faster or if he’s losing faith in his abilities as is usual for him in Oz, but Anderson is pulling up fairly quickly after he bowls. It’s just very disappointing to see.

    England have done most of this to themselves. They’ve had some bad luck but also poor fielding. Head’s knock looked very lucky and it was nothing compared to Warner getting chances the whole innings. But runs are in the books so let’s keep it going

    You’re right it would be woeful and yes there are some who would turn up no matter who’s playing, however it would be significantly reduced. I don’t see why CA shouldn’t start acting like CA not CNSW or CVIC.

    I just wish that Bangladesh or Zimbabwe would get a match in Sydney not in school holidays and see how many people turn up. Give the match to Hobart if it can’t be played in Perth.
