    ***Official*** India in England

As far as I remember it was quite clear the bat did not hit the pad after looking at replay. I could be wrong though.

Posting Cricinfo commentary isn't going to prove you are right on the Dravid dismissal I'm afraid.

Looking at it again, Tendulkar decision was pretty awful. I wouldn't have been able to tell in real time though, and these decisions happen all the time, so no point moaning.

Snicko clearly suggests that bat hit ball on Dravids dismissal. Unlucky. Tendulkar decision appears wrong though, the noise was apparently bat on pad. Would like to see hotspot though.

*Official* English Domestic Season Thread (2005)

Does anyone know why the Durham seamer Davies bowls so few overs? I think hes topping the division 2 bowlers charts and seems very economical. But he is being used as a first or second change bowler, you'd think someone with his figures would be the main bowler and bowl the most overs....

Ntini would walk into Englands team, and a place would be found for Gibbs most probably.

    English Cricket season

Lancashire are having a great season in the four day game so far. They've out played every team they have played , even, Surrey, and would be 1st if it wasn't for the rain. And with Harbajhan ariving soon Lancashire are going to be very hard to beat. However, I beleive the Manchester rain will...

No Old Trafford test this year

Ok, thanks for clarifying that for me. So does this mean that Old Trafford are certain to have a test next year then? And if the Durham test match is a huge success then I presume the ECB will want to keep The chester-le-street test next year.

No Old Trafford test this year

Has there been a reason given by the ECB why there is no Old Trafford test this year? It is certainly one of the best grounds in England, with a good pitch, one of the bigger capacaties, and a good history and tradition. It seems to have scrapped for the Durham test which means there are now...

    *Official* The Zimbabwe Situation

Sulphate to say that birmingham is more a more dangerous place than zimbabwe is bizarre to say the least. all statistics show that crime rates are extreamly high in zimbabwe and gun crime inparticulary is very bad. now just because there was a few shootings in birmingham it doesnt mean it is as...

Why are English cricketers always injured???

i'm pretty sure that at least one of them withdrew because of the possible terrorist threat because of indians closeness to afghanistan. anyway thats more offtopic.

Who do you think is theSecond best Batsman in the world EVER

no one seems to have shouted for the english cause here so i suppose ill have to do it. len hutton was probably englands best ever batter and undoubtadly one of the best ever. However because of the time he lived in its hard to judge him, and he also lived under bradmans shadow unfortunately...

    England vs India

There's a reason for that: England are bowling to the best batting side in the world currently. I still feel they should look to playing an extra bowling option. On another forum suggested Agarkar going in at 3 in place of Laxman - anyone have an opinon on that? Aus are the one that have...
