    Correcting Actions

My coach had one of our bowlers hold the ball with the ball facing the batsmen with the back of his hand facing down, opposed to having the back of the hand faing up and ****ed. It appears to have worked to an extent.

"Myth #2: Strength training will stunt the growth of children. It still amazes me that parents won’t hesitate to get their young children (6-7 years old) involved in sports such as football, gymnastics, basketball and soccer, yet they feel that participating in a strength-training program is...

    All Rounder

Probaly instinct most of the time. Often, you won't have the time to think about what shot you want to play, and where you want it, as you have half a second to react. Only practise can aid in knowing what shot to play, and how to play it. Knowing where the gaps are beforehand, you will...

You should go to show your committed. If you are looking to play for the team during the season, turning up will look good on your record. If they are tossing up between you and another player, they may choose who has showed the most commitment, from what ive been told anyway. If it is for...

    Convertible Spikes

    Bowling Full help/tips

    Help for bowling!

Something isn't quite right with your follow through. I think it may be that you are kicking your left foot across your body, rather than kicking it straight. You seem to be really twisting your knee, which could lead to injuries later. You really have to kick your foot straight. Try getting...
