    *Official* Australia in India 2023

Dude look more clearly. He was bad in three series yes, but post that, he did ok vs SA and showed signs of getting back into form vs Eng.

And he did bad for just two series, then did ok vs SA and took a brutal six fer to single handedly demolish Eng. If doing bad for six matches makes him a worse ODI bowler than Hazelwood and Cummins, that’s crazy.

Bumrah’s odi average is 23. Just because he’s not done well in the last year and a half, where he has been marred by injuries, doesn’t mean Cummins atleast is close to him as a ODI bowler.

Bumrah is one of the best ODI bowlers in the world. Cummins can actually leak runs a lot in limited overs, so I feel it’s good he’s not playing. Maybe Bumrah+Pant>Cummins, Hazelwood and Maxwell.

Cummins ain’t that good in limited overs. Plus who knows whether Mitch Marsh will be as good later this year. Ind is also playing without Bumrah, a much bigger loss.

    Allan Border vs Rahul Dravid

I agree with the strengths of Dravid you mentioned, and he was a great great player. But he wasn’t a master in all SENA countries.

    Allan Border vs Rahul Dravid

The comeback you are taking about was in a match in India. And Dravid had genuine issues vs bounce in Aus and SA. And for the Sachin thing, Sachin was scoring at a decent rate and not slowing down towards his double. And Dravid didn’t do well at 3 or anyone position in SA outside the 1996 tour.

    Allan Border vs Rahul Dravid

Boss he sucked in SA and was merely ok in Aus(bad apart from one tour, and he batted mostly in the era of flat Aussie pitches).

Best ODI fielder in this list

Dev was a better athlete than the other famous all-rounders of the 80s, and he took that famous catch of Viv in 83 WC final.

Maybe he is attempting to do same thing as that group game vs NZ in 2015 W.

KLPD must be selected for the WC but, since in ODIs both currently and generally, he has done quite well at the number 5 spot.

    Best cricket sixs

Kohli’s six to Rauf easily. The greatest moment in the greatest T20 match ever played. The match situation(with Hardik doing nothing, 28 of 8 required, Rauf being the most experienced t20 bowler on that pitch), the pressure of an Ind-Pak match, the massive crowd, and of course the fact he was...

Best ODI fielder in this list

Ponting, Collingwood, Gibbs, AB and Viv best for me.

    Viv Richards vs Virat Kohli

Viv batted much faster than either, and Viv dominated great bowlers with a better frequency than either, and Viv batted in the hardest era for batting, while Smith’s peak was mostly in a batting friendly era, while Sobers peak was still in a much better era for batting than Viv’s.
