    Shoulder injury

    Hey guys. I am a 15 y.o. Bowling all rounder, bowl about 90-100 km/h, and have torn some cartilage off rotator cuff, so I can't bowl all year. I am getting treatment for it, but in the mean time, does anyone know of anything I cam do to keep my bowling in shape??? Much appreciated

    Mmmmmm, Aussies will have confidence going out of Perth, while the English batsmen do not look invincible anymore. The Pitch is supposed to be slow, which the English would be used to I guess.

    My favourite would have benn his celebration after his 300th test wicket (GABBA '07). Went a little over the top, but thats why we loved him. Do you think he'll make a comeback?????
