    *Official* English Football Season 2008-2009

That's what you get when you drop the unsung hero of last season for a guy who's just come back from injury and is very rusty. Also Rooney was awful.

Carrick is a class player. His passes are sublime.

    Perm's English Story

That looked like an awesome squad until I saw Shrek :p. Get Wainwright and Rashid in! Great first few games by the way.

    Icc 4?

Agreed. I hate left armers and medium pacers in ICC lol but he's awesome. Wainwright is a great all rounder, trained up his batting so he averages just over 40 and he is great with the ball anyway (if you know how to play him).

Yeah Shantry is one the players that hasn't been rotated in my England bowling line up. He averages about 20-21 for me :D. Also signed Denly in 2011 for Yorkshire (same game) and he averaged 50 odd in FC games and 43 in OD's that season :D.

How Are You Doing On CM?

FM09 looks very promising. 3D engine looks very good and considering it's only 50% done then that's even more impressive. A lot of people are saying the AI will be bad in the game because of all the focus on the 3D engine but I reckon it'll be about the same except with some tweaks. The new...

Things actually looked bright for Newcastle aswell. That chairman is an idiot.

Garforth. It's a shame if Keegan's quit. He bought some good players and started the season off quite well. Newcastle looked promising this season.

    Icc 4?

Shame about the rain there, kind of spoiled the game. You look like you would've won that one.

I moved to Leeds last year, and that's highly irrelevant. I'm glad we got Berbatov :D. Lol at City getting Robinho, they were just after players who top clubs were after lol.

Hehe that was pretty funny. We (Man Utd) need Berbatov, we can't survive the season with Tevez and Rooney. Campbell can't make the step up to Utd standards so easily and we can't rely on a midfielder for goals. Although I am surprised that Fergie has targetted Berbatov, he usual stays away from...

I prefer ICC 08 over all the other ICC's to be honest. I don't like 06, I really don't like the animations although every one else seems to prefer them for some reason. ICC 08 is better than 3 because it's up to date, is very addictive and in the game unknown asian bowlers don't dominate the game.

    Icc 4?

Jacques Rudolph and James Beresford (regen) are a smashing opening partnership for me. Quite aggressive aswell so that's a bonus. I set them on 4 bars to start off with in One Day games. I'm in the Challenge Trophy final and I'm going to play Sussex. Adil Rashid is great again, but this time...
