    Sachin reacts to the presentation

It was very rude. Ponting beckoning to Pawar to hand over the trophy like he was a naughty schoolchild was the worst of it. Sometimes you wonder about the way these Australians are raised. Their general on-field behaviour is pretty poor as it is, but to treat the president of the host cricket...

Murali's reputation in tatters? Check this out.

Bowling speed, length of run-up, blah blah blah... No, you're right. I don't know why these factors make me suspicious of the testing procedure at all. Of course, you know this as you read my previous posts... And you STILL haven't told me why Broad's presence at the tests would guarantee a...

Sledging is an art I feel.

Actually, I was talking about on-field sledging. But yes, I guess it applies to internet forums as well.

Nothing wrong with a bit of banter. It's when it just degenerates into disgusting personal abuse that I have a problem with it.

    the big 1-5-0-0

I was banned from Channel 4 for writing a thread in which I complained about the amount and nature of swearing in the recent SA vs. NZ series. I quoted some choice Stephen Fleming phrases and was subsequently banned for swearing. Ironic, isn't it?

    What a good idea!

Why's that? Does he blame his choking on people walking in front of sight-screens while he's batting? ;)

    What a good idea!

No, not at Newlands, nor at any of the other cricket grounds I've been too. Actually, I don't think I've ever seen a sight-screen on the fence. It makes sense for them to be there for the reasons you said, so I don't know why that is.

    What a good idea!

I guess because people walk in front of the sight-screens so that they don't miss any of the action. Now they can walk behind them and still see everything. Sometimes it's not just people walking in front of them, but actually going and sitting in front of them. Now those idiots can go and sit...

Murali's reputation in tatters? Check this out.

There have been plenty of cricketers, batsmen and bowlers, in the past were perceived as better than the Australians, and none of them were accused of anything. There are some who believe that Courtney Walsh had a bit of a dodgy action, yet no Australian discredited him in the hope that it would...

Murali's reputation in tatters? Check this out.

Okay, then what if it was: Elliot, Waugh, Lee, Bucknor vs. Simpson, Gower, Broad, Hair, Emerson, Gilchrist, Butcher, Bedi, Roebuck Of course, there are plenty more people who think that Murali chucks (and more who think that he doesn't) but you're only really allowed to comment if you think he...

    What a good idea!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/3682441.stm See-through sight-screens! Brilliant! Hopefully that should put an end to those meatheads who keep walking in front of the screens, holding play up.

Okay, then he's been reported for having a suspect action.
