    As more countries are able to offer central contracts, players don't need to play county cricket to earn a living and can do so in Scotland with a central contract. Netherlands are going to have real problems after brexit as they will no longer qualify as non home grown players.

    There's been quite a lot of this type of stuff from Afghanistan. A couple of players were warned for racism in their I-Cup match against Namibia. Due to their success story, the ICC has often brushed problems for them under the carpet. Same as with Nepal and crowd trouble.
