    41st Match - England v New Zealand

Yes Bangladesh and nz would both need to lose by a combined NRR of 10.8 for nz to go out which means both matches would have to add up to about 540 runs won by or if the losing teams bat first and score 150, the teams batting second would need to knock them off in about 17 overs. Nz are an...

    40th Match - Bangladesh v India

After his last two shambolic performances Dhoni should be dropped. Today he faced the first 3 balls of the final over. First ball dot, second ball dot with refused single with a decent number 8 Kumar at the other end, third ball skied an easy catch.

Role of rain in semi final line-up

Not even 20 years. I don’t think there are any players in this World Cup that we’re playing 20 years ago. I think Tendulka was the last to play that long? However Venus and Serena were starting to make their marks in the tennis world 20 years ago.

It’s about 75% England, 23% Pakistan and 2% New Zealand. It’s about 99% for India and Nz as they would...

Role of rain in semi final line-up

How about we only use NRR and ignore who’s winning and losing? After all winning by 1 run is just lucky isn’t it? ? This way every team would have something to play for in every match and Afghanistan could still qualify is they win by 500 runs

    World Cup Betting

I have a large liability on Mitchell Stark finishing top wicket taker of the world cup on betfair and he is currently the favourite and top of the list. I'm thinking and hoping that Australia will rest him for the final two group games with the semi final, final and Ashes in mind. They have...
