Seeing as there are close to zero players who have succeeded everywhere with anywhere near the number of teams going around now, you would expect not. A good bat doesn't need to succeed everywhere to be called good.

Yeah there are very little world bullies, even most ATGs stop at "most-of-the-world bullies"
