Unofficial: I am hearing about the replacements for Sherfane and Romario to be John Campbell and Jediah Blades.

Hetmyer to join for the England leg

He's in the squad but the selectors like to rotate between Seales, Forde, Shepherd, Alzarri and Shamar when all available.
A much better reply than mine. I like the way they are using him. His main format is test cricket. He’s got more supporting cast in the white ball format…so he can sit out a game, if need be.

Yes, better not to over burden him.

I think they rotated the attack throughout the Bangladesh series so at least they are looking at other options as well.

There is quite a deep depth chart for fast bowlers. I wanted Layne in, but he’s gonna be in the A team squad… so I’m okay with that.

Jediah Blades gets another chance in the team. Because he’s a left arm bowler…competition for him is somewhat limited

Another explanation could be he averages 60 in odis and so not in the first choice odi attack.
We all know that he’s a better bowler than what that average suggests. Definitely not a Rubelesque bowler.

Wait a minute; Rubel was pretty decent in white ball and trash in tests (strictly looking at averages) lol
