Better test cricketer?
Wasim or Murali?Warne.
Better bowler, not much gap in batting and has the extra quality those disgusting, filthy spinners bring in.
bowler? Murali, overall? Murali but respectably closeWasim or Murali?
MuraliWasim or Murali?
Wasim or Trueman?I've a bit of a problem with Wasim's numbers against the good batting lineups of his time (IE team averages over 30, Which is SA/Ind/Aus), it's 108 @ 27.5 with 62 SR and 3.7WPM
for other top ten candidates, Trueman has 165 @ 24.3 and 4.5 WPM, Imran has 238 @ 23.3 with 4 WPM, don't think I've Akram in my top 10 pacers anymore.
Trueman for me personallyWasim or Trueman?
I took this made it for entire career. We know Warne went for runs in Ind and WI. Despite that his bowling avg away is same as Wasim.this stat is stunning

tbf, Warne went with a big injury in 1999, he did reasonably well in 95 when he was young but healthy.I took this made it for entire career. We know Warne went for runs in Ind and WI. Despite that his bowling avg away is same as Wasim.
Will again point out WPI > WPMI've a bit of a problem with Wasim's numbers against the good batting lineups of his time (IE team averages over 30, Which is SA/Ind/Aus), it's 108 @ 27.5 with 62 SR and 3.7WPM

FairWill again point out WPI > WPM
Still makes about as much sense as using runs per match.

Insane stat
The more I look deeper into their records, the more I start to believe that Pigeon > MaCo is much more of a realistic possibility than I previously thought.Yeah that McGrath dude is pretty crazy.
