If there is any grand slam barring the French in which Djokovic falters till 2016, Federer can win it actually. I wouldn't bet on a Federer grand slam win but it's possible.

Depends on how they are playing that fortnight too, really. I actually never backed him to win another slam but the way he has played in this Wimbledon has beeen quite impressive. Sure, he had an easier draw in this half, but he did have that tough game versus that Aussie guy.

don't think he's as good on hard court anymore to the point where he's 2nd fav after Novak.

agree you wouldn't count him out, but he's almost a grass specialist in Slams now.

this year is looking very like 2011 so far...it took him a while to figure out roger, rafa and andy but novak is playing at an incredible level right now...wouldn't be surprising at all to see him win the u.s open as well...

Have always really liked Djokovic, from the time he was playing the fool imitating Roger and Rafa. Just a great, wonderful player who is one of the greatest ever to play the game. Haven't said it enough and it needed to be said. Also the respect and passion he shows for Serbia is quite something.

Hope he gets more love next year.

Mate and I debating 2011 vs. 2015 Novak. He doesn't have the God mode highs of 2011, but he's damn close to hitting that level again.

Difference is in 2011 he was knocking off Rafa when he was at his peak, whereas here he's not facing the same quality Rafa.

Both in 2011 and 2015 it took super human fforts from Fed and Stan to beat him at Roland Garros (in 2011 he'd still obviously have to have beaten Rafa next)
Would probably agree with this. He's probably even more well rounded now, better serve, better volleying, etc. Reminded me a lot of Federer this tournament, the amount of times he got out of trouble on his own serve with a few huge serves, usually out wide. But as you eluded too, this year probably can't be remembered as highly, because there's no Nadal figure across the net.
