CW Development League - Season 2

After a successful Season 1, the Development League prepares to launch into Season 2 on the 2nd of August.

The Minnows XI and Zimbabwe 'A' were relegated in the 5D and OD competitions respectively. As such India 'A' has been invited to join the tournament.

The teams taking part will be:-

New Zealand 'A' (reigning champs)
England 'A'
West Indies 'A'
Australia 'A'
South Africa 'A'
CW Devs
Zimbabwe 'A'
India 'A'

1) Why drop one of the most aggressive players (he hit ~180 twice for India U19 in the "ODI" series last summer) for the One Day games?

2) It's a "U" in his name for the fourth letter.

1/ He was an oversight on my part. When I checked stats, I thought he had very little OD stats. My mistake.

2/ I know how to spell his name, as indicated by the 5D squad. It's just a typo.

We are thinking of creating another cw dev team

12 members in both the dev sides

the CWDevA will have the top peforming CW Dev players...who can get priority selection to CW XI and CW Dev B will have the okay performing players..

Players who are dropped from Test Squads or ODI squads from the CWXI move on straight to CWDev A and the low performing players of CW DevA will be demoted to Dev B

Players who perform well in Dev B will be eligble for selection to Dev A squad..

The maximum size both teams can have can go upto 13 players max.. that way everyone gets to play
