Does BLIC have an option that enables you to change international players names and / or change an entire side via a create a player option???

U19 Cricketer
you can change player names, and you can create players but not in the way that would assist you. There is a "career" mode where you can make up to 3 players. you give them the base skills, and then gradually increase them as they take wickets and make runs.
