WOOHOO!!
Good old Brent (Billy) Bowden has been chosen for the second test :)
i am happy because he makes the game more fun. I am just wondering if it is a good idea becausei t is a test so he cannot (or will he) make all the funny signals? :undecided:

Look, Bowden is a decent umpire, he has to be to be on the panel but hes a stupid clown who wants attention.

Steve Bucknor, Rudi Koertzen or Simon Taufel anyday of the week over that clown

Bucknor should've retired about the time this thread was made. And CERTAINLY should have in May 2007.

you lie.

He got a lot of flak for the Symonds not out but he clearly hit the ground with his bat.

Suppose that's why Steve Waugh said he's one of the better umpires around then. Honestly he hardly ever does any 'acts' during tests anymore, he mostly leaves that stuff for the T20's and ODI's where they not only are funny but add more to the entertainment value of the game.
