Manoj definitely the biggest disappointment, in regards to performances Vs actual talent.

He never really got a fair run tho, while arguably Saurabh shouldn't have actually gotta a run to begin with

3 ODIs no? And didn't even get dismissed

Definitely less of a disappointment than Manoj, although he also has a less of a domestic track record and is arguably less deserving of a chance at national level - pretty sure it got it purely on the base of his IPL form.
