Twin centuries for Keegan Petersen against his former team in Bloem.

Simon Harmer needs 1 more wicket to be the leading 4-day franchise wicket-taker since our main domestic league went to franchise cricket 2004/05.

Lions have beaten the Dolphins to keep up the pressure on the Cobras who look like drawing with Knights.

Titans on the other hand are 51/7 in the 4th innings v Warriors in East London. The Warriors knew they didn't need their proper quicks for a game like this and it seems to have worked.

*** Official *** Simon Harmer leading wicket-taker in franchise cricket history in SA.

Any Lizelle Lees in there?
Is that a good thing at the moment ? Haven't been watching the Womens BBL.

But yeah Bird and Coetzee probably the most advanced at this stage.

Terblanche more your correct opener type. Bird and Parsons make sure the ball stays hit.

Ntanzi and Cloete have pace for days to add to Coetzee.

Actually there is some big boys in this team. Will take on Graeme Smith, Brian McMillan and Jacques Kallis in size let along Lizelle Lee :D

Marco Jansen is a bit of a bean stalk tall left-armer. Actually scouted by Virat Kohli and Indian national team crazy enough.

Nice, I saw some of the names in the squad, and immediately Lizelle came to my mind.

She's one of my favorite women's cricketer.

So, do we see any players jumping ship this offseason? Leus du Plooy seems to be the most ignored player right now... Neil Brand is also dicey, but he seems to actually be a returnee - matriculated in England? Justin Dill?

Who they going to jump ship to though ?

It really was a poor decision by Leus du Plooy to move back home when there were real openings for him at the Knights with Miller/de Bruyn leaving.

They in their franchise smarts because it was the selection night on final day of the tournament. Probably get their jackets when they leave for India.

Was a pleasure and a privilege to work along side you.Was particularly proud of your success over the last 6 years for @Titans_Cricket. Being celebrated as one of the most successful Titans skippers of all time is the very least you deserve! Wonderful team man even better friend!

I think tbf he has led the Titans extremely well in limited overs cricket with them winning titles. He played better as a finisher in MSL than all the options tried for Proteas too. But I think he has seen the emergence of Corbin Bosch and he would only be stopping him from playing if he carried on.

Forgot to add Henry Davids to the Morne van Wyk category. I think Roroy Kleinveldt is as good as retired too. Tough to see Andrew Birch getting game time either.

Probably put Ryan McLaren and Farhaan Behardien in the Stephen Cook category.

PS I see Robbie Frylinck is killing it in Bangladesh T20. Defo going to get more T20 gigs around the world.

4-fors & 3-fors and a 30 or 40 not out
