    Ground sizes

How small have grounds actually become? I keep hearing of bringing the boundary ropes in for T20 but by how much exactly?

Wow the current Guyana v SA game at Johannesburg has it's shortest boundary at 55m. Mid-off/Fine-Leg.

The most farcical boundary in world cricket has to be the wide fine leg boundary at Eden Park:

Eden Park, New Zealand's premier test match venue, has one notoriously short boundary 116 feet from the center of the pitch

Thats incredibly small.. The wide fine leg would be a wide mid off when they switched ends. Even better for left handers, anything on the stump and a chip over mid on would bring them a six

Wasn't Eden Park where Matty Hayden played that awesome 181* with a broken toe?

That can't be right. If it was only 35m, the fence would be 5m beyond the 30m circle and I can't see how that's possible from this pic.

Not that boundary isn't small anyway but still.........

Eden Park is where Sachin scored that historic 82(49) in '94 after being pushed up to open.
