Thats Bad... There should have been a result. Atleast a bowlout in practise nets anyways its not being telecasted... I hate two teams sharing the trophy in the final of such big tournaments...

On the last ball, Oman needed two runs. The batsman heaved and missed the ball, the wicketkeeper took it and whipped off the bails (it was not a stumping as the batsman still had a foot inside the crease), and the non-striker was half way down the wicket. But then Afghani fans invaded the ground while the ball was still alive. So the umpires declared it a tie. They could not have a bowl out as Afghani fans would not leave the field (they had already damaged the pitch badly). The match officials had no choice but to declare both teams as joint champions.
