The original Q2 Is it to do with any on field performance (while batting, bowling, fielding, captaining etc) ? Originally answered Yes - now decided is is a a bit ambiguous. You are asking too much in one question. If I take the exact wording of your question the answer would actually by No but if you are asking what I think you really mean it is Yes. Be more precise. For now I will remove the Q from the asked list
