Can I get a direct entry in any major clubs??

Here's my question, I m a really good spin bowler, I play a lot of local matches(for teams who just play for weekends), and practice hard, but I have never played for any major team so far as i have never gone for the selections that take place in my city, is there a way I can get selected into some major club?? I m ready to have 1 on 1 sessions because m quite confident about my skill. But is it really possible for me to get into some good club if my skill is upto the mark??
