Hmm - I've had that line ten times today. I think someone's been spamming the commentary.

Edit: no, it's a hilarious error message that means the commentary generator is knacked.

Borrowdale 102* (191)
Brough 54 (69)
Smart 4/99 (27)
Hindle 1/79 (20)

Brackenhurst - 415/7 off 103 overs
Hamlin 138 (176)

Burnip 76 (110)
Bardle 48* (69)
Hindle 31 (130)
Hall 2/84 (25)

So impressed with my side today, what champs. There is no way we should have made those runs. Browne especially was insane. Don't know what else to say. Will be a top draw.

Lost by an innings, my lot folding for something like 35 in their second go. Rubbish. Both times, it was a 59k BTR player (wages £30k) who did the damage...Sensational, at a guess.

John, who's a little bit better than that, did naff all -- kept it tight, despite being set attacking, but without any wickets.

Anyone have any experience playing spinners on slow pitches?

My spnners tend to get on fine in Slow condirions albeit the wickets do not coe as quick as I would like I FC matches.

Huh, an awful day to follow up yesterday's brilliant start. Slipped from 130/4 to 155 all out, and they racked up 313/5 in their second innings, having been 94/4. It was humid today, so I can understand why we got skittled, but they batted much worse in partly cloudy conditions yesterday than today.

Hopefully I can squeeze a draw out of this one by setting people to defend - I'm certainly not going to win from here.

End of Over 44 (1 runs). Swamibapa Leeds CC: 87-8, runrate=1.98
Trail by 415 runs. (Chubby Chasers 502-4 dec)
Fiaz 6-2-8-2
Browne* 18 (121 balls)
Cavanagh 0 (3 balls)
Last Wicket: Pidgley c. Sherwood b. Fiaz 0 (FOW: 87/8)

122 balls for 18 runs what a gun

Browne went on to score 45 off 45 in the second innings before the end of today's play. Talk about getting toue eye in Boycott style.

It's a pity you're leaving, because after selling all the players you've got on the market you'll probably end up with like 10 million plus in your bank account, and could buy a gun player and basically have a one man team and build it around that.

Have bidded on just about everybody though. Very low bids and I'll probably get outbid but there's a few I wouldn't mind.

Yeah, I've thought about doing the same things at times. Just selling all my good players and then buying some ridiculous all rounder. Better than giving up on the game entirely imo. Hope you stick around

If your interested mate I could find you a potential SL NT all rounder for you to train on 10 nets for NT side. I already know about 2-3 guys that would fit the bill and I'm sure if you had enough money I could get the guys to sell them.
