Would Justin Langer be a good coach for England?

Maybe Langer can take over in Tests so McCullum can focus on the white ball side.

Hesson imo. England tried to speed run things but skipped a step.

But it also means they have to have Gary Stead for a spell, which is good news for Graeme Hick and Mark Ramprakash.
