South African Domestic Season 2025/26

GRAB

State Vice-Captain
Lions and Boland possibly but I will be surprised if any of those key guys move on. Raynard hardly plays so maybe be he could.
I was wondering if Van Tonder will commit to moving to Netherlands, he seems a bit in a mid-career crisis?

Looks like he is playing in England this winter which surprises me.

Gavin Kaplan I can't track who has been playing in Netherlands as well.

Looking from first week scorecards Lehan Botha is in Netherlands. Kent Goedeke (Boland colts) & David Rushmere (son of Mark) who got 169 in the first game of these season. Think there are 8 teams in their Ekstraklasse.

Not sure why Dolphins recruited so much. Grant Roelofsen, Josh Richards, Ntando Zuma, Sean Gilson and Keith Dudgeon.

Particularly the wicket keeping and batting. Obviously have Zondo, Smith, Ackerman, Parsons and Hanu Viljoen.

But they have to get more games into Slade van Stade, Semal Pillay, Romashan Pillay, Ross Coetzee, Gomolemo Phiri, Blake Simpson & Josh van Biljon is coming. I have heard rumours Ross Coetzee may be going to SWD.

Division 2 First-Class matches are now becoming 3-Day games but there will be double the amount of fixtures.

I was born in 89 so the 95 series was a bit before my time. Wonderful to look back on in retrospect though.
I'm much the same as I didn't see that love as I was very young but I always considered those the 2 strongest. Trescothick, Flintoff, McKenzie, Boucher, Prince, Dippenaar, Ntini in 1995 etc
