The only full time keeper whose keeping actually had a big negative impact on his side was Kamran Akmal.

Apart from him, keepers have usually been tidy. An extra catch or saving half a dozen byes is not really a substitute for actual batting prowess.

Not to mention the positioning of wicket keeper sets the standard for slips on where to stand. If keeper is too far or too close, it affects the output of cordon. Like Rizwan has been standing too deep in recent test and that has lead to chances dropping short.
