Saw a clip on reddit Pakistan captain fatima sana cheated during toss. First she calls tails and heads won. Insted match refree declared pakistan winning toss. Bonkers from icc.

Stop lying. It's been reported by media all around the world that Pakistani captain called tails but somehow the match referee and the announcer thought she called heads and went ahead with heads.

However, no-one could have predicted that Sana would call incorrectly and still win the toss. The Pakistan skipper called out "tails" as Harmanpreet flicked the coin but match referee Shandre Fritz misheard and announced "heads is the call". Broadcaster and former Australia batter Mel Jones was conducting the toss and repeated Fritz's words, the coin landed on heads and it was announced that Pakistan had won the toss. Neither captain questioned it so Sana was able to step forward and confirm that Pakistan would bowl first. An innocent mistake and given India won in any case, no harm done.

That's clearly been doctored. When I first heard it sounded to me like she said Heads. Why did Harmanpreet not question it?

Made no difference to the result anyway, surely best just to move on.

It's not doctored. Harmanpreet and the rest of the ladies were so caught up in the moment that they all missed it/all presumed it was heads. That's why it is in the news.
