No result rules are ill thought and lead to awful consequences. I believe that chasing 250 in an ODI, 100/0 (20) = win, but 120/0 (19.5) = no result.

I'm generally about as much of a one eyed South Australian sporting fan as it gets, and honestly even I can't defend that one

It isn't even that they no resulted it. It's that they were happy to play in (light) rain for 15 minutes and then pulled the plug literally one ball before they may have gotten a full game in. Dreadful

When I first saw the thread title and the stream of letters and numbers, I thought it was one of those crypto scambot posts.

NSB smashed them today. Reminder of how good a batter she is.

Also, DWH has been uncharacteristically consistent so far.

Yeah, Hobart's overseas players have been immense for them so far.

Meanwhile, a glimpse of Tahlia McGrath's best form for the first time in a while - 3-27 and a chase-clinching 24*.

Pretty remarkable effort by the 20-year-old Larosa - 4-20 from her four overs (while the rest went for 153 from the other 16), including the wickets of Perry, Healy and Gardner.

Yeah she's a serious talent, couple of people I know who have a bit to do with the womens grade comp have been been tipping her for great things for a good couple years now. Can really bat too, made some runs in her brief WNCL career to date

This is going right down to the wire. Amazing batting by these two (Patterson in particular).

i dislike very very strongly (i originally said hate but backspaced it to revert lol) the people in marketing who decided to give the finals matches gimmicky names that nobody likes.

this game is a knockout. but it's the challenger, because, the knockout is what they call the final to qualify for this one, which is also a knockout
