There is a surprisingly competent commentary pair (one man, one woman) who mixes "overthrow" with "hartstikke uit"

(edit: Piet Seelaar and Esther Corder)

Netherlands getting almost home conditions and yet I think they'll struggle to get to 120

Pakistan bowled quite well until now, but 23 runs conceded in that over. Game changing stuff from Ghosh.

Is Fatima Sana in decent batting form? I may start to think Pakistan can do this if the openers keep this going for a bit longer.

Whatever it takes!!!
Deepti is awesome. Good to see Smriti play a good knock in a pressure game. Hope it continues.

Shefali and Richa just bring such pure joy to batting as well. Love watching them bat. Richa was awful with the gloves today though.

We've barely played one round of games, and it's not inconceivable that we can predict the semi finals already. I'll go with England v India and WI v Aus.

Should the better ranked nations be kept apart until the later rounds of group games? The defeats for NZ and SA look almost terminal for their chances.

Nah, I feel there are still upsets to come. It's a very volatile format as we all know. Even the other day, WI were 5/1 to chase the target and market was refusing to let NZ go even when target looked extremely achievable. I was on the chase and you had to wait until the end to make a decent trade. NZ and SA still have match winners who could single handedly win games, like if Devine turns up you are beat, doesn't matter which team. Anything is possible, I feel Scotland women can pull off something crazy, the Bryce sisters are amazing and their bowling attack is also good.
