Well this clearly isn't true, as there is likely to be 5/6 of England's starting xi at the wc who are black or mixed race and i can barely remember any negative stories from the press about any of them other than Jude. There is always lots of horrible abuse from internet trolls mind you but thankfully I dont have any social media so rarely see that either.
